Here's her advice for targeting specific problems: TATTOOS 1. Prep your skin by cleaning the area to remove any oils, then dab on some rubbing alcohol to remove any moisture. 2. Apply a moisturizer, then a primer. Wait a few seconds to let it settle into the skin. 3. Apply a matte concealer or corrector cream with an orange or red undertone, using a brush or sponge 4.
