12 MONTHS
At a year old, baby has developed full control over his or her muscles.
Baby’s personality is becoming distinct. Baby will be able to remember where objects are placed and can point
them out when asked.
Baby will be able to stand and take his or her first few steps on even ground. He or she will also like to scribble on
paper and copy mom and dad’s movements.
18 MONTHS
When baby is 18 months old, he or she will begin to freely start to climb on furniture. They will advance their ball
skills and begin stacking blocks into towers. They will also enjoy more mentally stimulating games.
They will start to dress themselves, walk, run and eat with a fork and spoon.
Between 18 and 24 months you can start potty training.
24 MONTHS
At this stage, baby will jump on both feet, pedal a tricycle and have better bladder control.
They have developed a clearer language and can communicate more confidently. They are also displaying
clearer emotions.
