You should pack your bag in preparation
for your little one’s arrival at the beginning
of your third trimester. When packing, it’s
important to not just pack the essentials for
Baby – don’t forget all the things that you
will need for yourself.
Birth plan and questions
Once you arrive at the hospital, it’s very
likely that all those last-minute questions
that you wanted to ask your doctor will
be forgotten. Write down these questions
ahead of time and have the list with you,
together with a copy of your birth plan.
Clothes
It’s not just Baby who’s going to need
something to wear over the next couple of
days. You’ll get great comfort from having
a pair of your own comfy pyjamas, as well
as your own dressing gown and slippers.
We recommend that you have 2-3 frontopening cotton sleep shirts or night dresses
with you. Lastly, you’ll also need some day
clothes for when it’s time to head home.
